General Motors 100th Anniversary web community
This web project was created to celebrate General Motors 100th anniversary. The site was aimed at three target audiences, primarily a demo called "digital youth" who are potential buyers and employees of GM. The second audience/purpose was to dialog with the press and analysts about where GM is heading in the future. The third target was current and former GM employees. The site was a huge systems-integration project and featured a wiki, blogs, videos, polls, user-generated content and voting, promotions and previews into future products. The site was extremely well-received by all audiences and was considered a huge success for General Motors.
